**Mandatory**

   Path to the input dMRI file

-  **-a, --bval <file>**  
   Path to the b-values file

-  **-e, --bvec <file>**  
   Path to the b-vectors file

-  **-o, --out <file>**  
   Output filename (NIfTI format)

**Optional**

-  **-m, --mask <file>**  
   Path to brain mask file
